I don't even know where to begin with my review because my encounters with Ms. Rebecca RO Washington has superceded any expectation you can possibly imagine...from beginning to end. When I first called, to being directed to the app, to walking in the shop, to my cut and exit. Her cut was thee BEST cut I've received since cutting my locks off almost two years ago. And all the in between. Ms. Ro was kind and patient and knowledgeable and professional but just enough to let you know she meant business and warm enough to let you know she cared...that equates to the PERFECT balance. She took her time, she explained to me to ensure I understood what I wanted and didn't want, she listened closely and she executed. DO NOT take this execution lightly...she DID HER THING!!!! I absolutely LOVED my experience and you CANNOT go wrong booking your appointment with Ro!!! Peace and Blessings!!!
